Refund policy

At New Land, we want you and your little explorers to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If a "wonderland" treasure isn’t quite right, here is how we can help:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or delivery) to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened and factory-sealed packaging. Any signs of wear, assembly (especially for bicycles), or broken seals will make the item ineligible for return.

Please note that items purchased during a Promotion or Clearance Sale are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange. As mentioned in-store at the time of purchase, these items are sold "as-is."

We take full responsibility for any manufacturing defects. If you receive an item with a functional issue or damage, we hold ourselves fully accountable. We will arrange for a replacement or a solution at no extra cost to you.

For bicycles and ride-ons, once the item has been assembled or used outdoors, it can no longer be returned. Please ensure you are happy with the size and model before assembly.
